〜なしに(は) / 〜なしでは

Meaning

without …

Nなしに means "without N" as a manner: 許可なしに立ち入る "enter without permission". Nなしには / なしでは stress that N is a necessary condition and are followed by a negative: スマホなしでは過ごせない. Unlike なくして, なしに can describe a positive action.

Both registers; formal but usable in speech (なしで is the most casual). Common in rules (事前の連絡なしに) and in describing dependence (〜なしでは生きられない).
