Nならでは(の) praises something as characteristic of N and impossible elsewhere: 老舗ならではの味 "a flavour only a long-established shop can offer". It is almost always positive and appears in advertising, travel writing and compliments.
Both registers; very common in marketing copy, reviews and compliments. ならではだ can end a sentence: 彼女ならではだ.
