unbecoming of …; that should never be done by …
〜まじき is an old negative of べし meaning "must not", surviving in one frame: 〜にあるまじき / 〜としてあるまじき + 行為・発言・態度 (an act, remark or attitude unbecoming of a …). It condemns someone for behaving in a way their position forbids: 教師にあるまじき行為 (conduct unbecoming of a teacher).
Formal written Japanese and formal spoken criticism: news reports, official statements, editorials. Almost always with ある (あるまじき) and occasionally 許す (許すまじき). The noun before it is a role or profession: 教師・医師・公務員・政治家・親.
