Meaning
things like… and… / … or … (casual, non-exhaustive listing)
〜とか〜とか gives examples in a relaxed way: 掃除とか洗濯とか "things like cleaning and laundry". It is the spoken cousin of 〜や〜など, but unlike や it can list verbs and whole clauses: 映画を見るとか、買い物に行くとか. A single とか softens one item: 田中さんとか "someone like Tanaka".
Casual conversation, informal messages. In formal writing use 〜や〜など or 〜たり〜たり. Frequently followed by して / している / いろいろ.
