Formation
Noun + なり + Noun + なり + (で) + verbVる + なり + Vる + なり + する / しなさいSet phrase: 大なり小なり ("more or less")

  1. わからないことがあれば、先生に聞くなり辞書で調べるなりしなさい。

    わからないことがあれば、せんせいにきくなりじしょでしらべるなりしなさい。

    If there is something you do not understand, ask the teacher or look it up in a dictionary.

  2. 電話なりメールなりで、必ず連絡してください。

    でんわなりメールなりで、かならずれんらくしてください。
