Meaning
"the more ~, the more ~" — two things increase together.
Formation
V-ば + V-dict + ほどい-adj-ければ + い-adj + ほどな-adj + なら(ば) + な-adj + な + ほどN + であれば + N + である + ほど

  1. 安ければ安いほどいい。

    やすければやすいほどいい。

    The cheaper, the better.

  2. 練習すればするほど上手になる。

    れんしゅうすればするほどじょうずになる。

    The more you practise, the better you get.
