Meaning
such as, things like; (belittling) something like
〜など / 〜なんか / 〜なんて mean "such as, things like", and in many sentences they belittle or express surprise: someone like me could never do that; I can't believe he would lie; I don't want anything like money. など is neutral, なんか and なんて are casual and emotional.
など: both registers, neutral ("etc."). なんか: 話し言葉, belittling or self-deprecating, follows nouns. なんて: 話し言葉, surprise, disbelief or disdain; can follow a whole clause (彼が嘘をつくなんて). Sentence-final なんて leaves the feeling implied.
