〜どころではない

this is no time for ..., far from being able to

〜どころではない means "this is no time for…, far from being able to…". Circumstances make the action impossible or absurd: work is so busy that a trip is out of the question; my fever was so high that studying was unthinkable.

話し言葉寄り, emotional; casual form どころじゃない. It follows nouns (旅行どころではない) or Vる (勉強するどころではない). The context is a pressing or difficult situation that rules the action out completely.
