JLPT N1 tips

On the exam

  • In 文法形式の判断, a generalizing statement (〜のは + X + blank) followed by "also elsewhere" points to に限ったことではない.
  • Watch the trap に限って: it means the opposite ("only on this occasion").
  • In 並べ替え, に限った and ことではない may be split; the X noun precedes に限った.
