〜と (conditional) "when / whenever / if": と gives an automatic result; 場合は gives a scenario and can be followed by requests.

- Presents a hypothetical situation, especially in instructions, rules, and formal contexts.
- Formation
V-plain + 場合(は): 遅れる場合は, 遅れた場合は, 来ない場合はい-adjective + 場合: 熱が高い場合な-adjective + な場合: 不便な場合Noun + の場合: 雨の場合, 火事の場合は can be dropped: 雨の場合、中止です
遅れる場合は、連絡してください。
おくれる ばあいは、れんらくしてください。
