peace of mind; mental breathing room
時間にゆとりがある
to have time to spare
ゆとりを持つ

Memory tip

Comfortable slack — spare time, money or mental room. 余裕 is the near-synonym and sounds a shade more formal and more financial. Note ゆとり教育, the relaxed curriculum of the 2000s, which gave the (often mocking) label ゆとり世代.
