部屋（へや）：六畳（ろくじょう）・キッチン・トイレ・シャワー

駅（えき）から歩（ある）いて八分（はっぷん）。スーパーまで三分（さんぷん）。

二階（にかい）。南（みなみ）むきで、明（あか）るいです。

ペットはだめです。
