Memory tip
The honorific of する, for the listener's or a superior's actions — never your own, where you use いたす. It is a special ラ行 verb: the polite form is なさいます (not なさります) and the imperative なさい is the familiar 'do it' of 早くしなさい. In practice it is written in kana.
