〜ませんか is an invitation; the answer いいですね means acceptance.

Passage

田中（たなか）：木村（きむら）さん、日曜日（にちようび）、ひまですか。

木村：日曜日ですか。午前（ごぜん）はテニスをします。午後（ごご）はひまです。

田中：じゃ、午後、いっしょに映画（えいが）を見（み）ませんか。

木村：いいですね。何時（なんじ）に会（あ）いましょうか。

田中：二時（にじ）に駅（えき）の前（まえ）はどうですか。

木村：すみません、二時はちょっと…。三時（さんじ）はどうですか。

田中：三時ですね。わかりました。じゃ、駅の前で。
