Memory tip

ひたすら means you are doing one thing and shutting everything else out, usually with emotional intensity. もっぱら is cooler and more factual ('mainly, as a rule'), so 休日はもっぱら家にいる sounds normal while ひたすら家にいる sounds desperate.
