お世話になっております。ハルカ出版の中村です。
10月3日（金）14時よりお約束しておりました新刊カバーデザインの打ち合わせについて、誠に勝手ながら日程の変更をお願いできればと存じます。同日、急遽、社内の緊急会議が入ってしまい、出席せざるを得なくなりました。
つきましては、下記のいずれかでご都合はいかがでしょうか。
・10月6日（月）10:00〜12:00
・10月7日（火）15:00〜17:00
・10月8日（水）終日
いずれもご都合が悪い場合は、お手数ですが候補日をいくつかお知らせいただけますと幸いです。なお、初稿のデータは予定どおり10月2日までにお送りいただければ、打ち合わせまでに社内で確認を済ませておきます。
こちらの都合で変更をお願いすることになり、申し訳ございません。何とぞよろしくお願いいたします。
