囀る

空で鳥が囀っていた。

そらでとりがさえずっていた。

Birds were singing in the sky.

朝になると小鳥が囀り始める。

あさになるとことりがさえずりはじめる。

When morning comes the little birds start to chirp.

窓の外でうぐいすが囀る声に目を覚ました。

まどのそとでうぐいすがさえずるこえにめをさました。

I woke to the song of a bush warbler outside my window.

子供たちが小鳥のように囀っている。

こどもたちがことりのようにさえずっている。

The children are chattering away like little birds.
