Memory tip
A social formula, not a literal statement: the person you say it to need not have done anything for you. It is the standard reply to 元気ですか or お仕事はどうですか. Written おかげさまで in kana nowadays; plain お蔭で / おかげで (without 様) is the real "thanks to X" causal phrase and can even be ironic.
